I’m having a Sex & The City-moment!

I know that when you reach a certain age, you start to look at some things in life differently.

Now that I’m 22 I’m starting to understand what some of my older girlfriends used to tell me about some of the things that I used to think is “basic info that I don’t need”

I always taught that being in a relationship would bore me the hell out of my mind…guess I was wrong, since Le Boyfriend and I have been together for about a year now. Who knew that it would come this far. Somebody must have prayed very hard on this one.

Allot of woman have gotten themselves to be “the other woman”.

You know that when someone refers to you as “the other”

you as bad as Michael Jackson’s moonwalk!

Ain’t nobody (except for certified hood rats) wanting to hold this title…

at least that’s what I thought!

I did a little research, spook to some girls & even got my self stuck in a few situations…

but then it struck me down like lightning on a stormy day.

If other women would keep their men in check, ain’t nobody needed to head to

the hospital for some blows that were giving to the head.

Let’s keep it real for a minute. The reason why guys look at other woman, is because those “others” give them what they don’t get at home. I’m talking about emotional support/ a good time and etc.

The biggest thing that men look for outside of the household, would have to be TEMPTATION! Every woman that has something else to offer then your basic ass, looks tempting to them….and we all know that men LOVE temptation!

Why is it that when a guy cheats with another girl, he will find a way to hide it as “good” as he (thinks) he can, but then when he get’s caught all of a sudden his ass got amnesia. Starts to apologize and making stuff up.

For the dumb birds that sticks with a guy like that, all I can say is :

“ Girl, he did it once, he’s going to do it again”

To all you females out there who are NOT sure if their man is faithful, do me a favour and make sure you do a background check on his ass before you hit the “ we are meant to be together” road

I’ve been called “the other girl” a few time by some chicks who couldn’t handle their men. I never did anything with them, all they wanted was somebody to talk to. So I did my part.

But when you wanna have the guts to call me in the middle of the night saying that you want ME to leave your man alone….sweetie you best believe I’m about to go H.A.M. on your ass.

Ya’ll know I don’t play no games, so after the girl hung up, I called her man right back (knowing very well they were together!) I made it clear that I wasn’t playing no games and the next time she called, I would take it to the next level. I hung up and continued my beauty sleep!

Basically what I’m trying to say is, if you have somebody who makes it a habit to stick his hands in somebody else’s cookie jar … you better kick his ass to the curb.

You can’t teach an old dog new tricks!

And for “the other women” out there, Karma won’t be nice to you if you haven’t been nice to her!

with a review of SATC 2!

But with the fact that, 1. I didn't make it to the Ladies Night( yet again!)

and 2. I have the feeling that ALL you fashionistas out there

have seen the movie, I won't even gonna put time in it.

But there is one thing I would like to say about the movie :

OMG! IT WAS SO FABULOUS! I WAS IN FASHION HEAVEN

FOR 2 HOURS! AND I HAVE SEEN THE MOVIE 3 TIMES!!

YES, I'M REALLY ADDICTED TO IT!

AND I WANNA TAKE A WALK DOWN THE BEACH WITH MAX RYAN TOO!!

I DON'T CARE IF HE'S OLD.

THE MAN IS FINE!!!!!

Carrie Bradshaw and her girls are back with the sequel of SATC - Sex and the City II. Filming for the movie officially began on 1st September 2009, and I am sure all the fashionistas and SATC fans around the globe LOVED the way they looked! So here are a few of my favourite outfits of Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parer), Miranda Hobbs (Cynthia Nixon), Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) and Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) out and about NYC.

Girls together
A newly single Samantha looked sexy in a cutout LBD, VBH Palm clutch in shocking mastic drip python (worth $1300), gold hoop earrings and black Ray Ban shades.

Miranda looked lovely in an asymmetrical neckline mustard dress cinched with tan belt, that complemented her red hair, and Yves Saint Laurent Triumph platforms (they cost $795).

The always gorgeous Charlotte was pretty in pink - a pink skirt suit, matching satchel (all Dior) and dead gorgeous white and pink Louboutin slingbacks.

And the leading lady, SJP, wore a Halston Heritage white dress, gold and metal Chanel clutch and glittering leopard print Louboutins.

The First Shot
The first photos of Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) filming scenes for the Sex and The City sequel on location in New York City and I was really impressed.

SJP looked every bit the fashionista in her first shot where she was wearing a gorgeous V-neck white Halston Heritage dress which she accessorised with colourful jeweled Solange Azagury-Partridge necklace. She added gold sparkling touches to her simple white dress with Mykita & Bernhard Wilhelm shades, a lovely gold and metal Chanel clutch and sky-high Christian Louboutin sparkling gold pigalle heels.

The heels and the bags just get higher and bigger!

In this shot, Carrie rocked a knotted plaid shirt (showing off her midriff) paired with skinny cropped jeans (with zippers at the ankle), a lime green wrist band, an oversize bag in grey and a $835 Brian Atwood Loca studded fierce heels in purple.

While Carrie sported a causal look, Miranda looked good in striped dress that she accessorised with a long matching necklace, an oversize brown tote with orange handles and matching studded high heeled strappy sandals.

Style in Color and Louboutin
SATC 2 replaces Manolo Blahniks with Christian Louboutins. SJP Carrie is Louboutin loaded in the new movie. And looks like, colours are in full rage in their new wardrobes. We've seen purple, green, mustard and pink earlier.

In another shot, Carrie is sporting four different colours in one ensemble. She stepped out on the streets of NYC rocking a sparkly purple Halston Heritage cocktail dress, which she paired with with the Christian Louboutin Gino T-strap heels (in yellow, black and gold), Christian Louboutin's large Sylvia hobo bag in pink and Jee Vice’s Heated orange shades and a silver floral pendant necklace and a chunky silver bracelet.

Is that a colour overdose or the new twist to the popular colour blocking trend?

While Carrie sported all colourful look, Miranda chose to colour herself in fuchsia pink for two different scenes.
Miranda is wearing a fuchsia pink cowl neck top, which she paired with a tan jacket and white jeans. From what looks like, she is wearing blue trainers with the pants and carrying a red bag. In another shot, she is clad head-to-toe in a hot pink ensemble, wearing a lovely Roland Mouret crepe dress with matching Christian Louboutin heels. Even her blackberry cover is matching her outfit.

Girls, hot pink is going to be the new hot colour for the coming season. We had earlier seen even Charlotte wearing all pink in one of the first shots of the movie. Pink shoes, pink bag, pink dress - it does look good.

Carrie wearing the same backless Christian Dior's newspaper-print dress for SATC sequel that she had worn during Season 3 of Sex and the City (when she apologized to Natasha for wrecking her marriage with Big).

In the movie, she paired the sexy backless number with super high Louboutin lace booties, which can be spotted from a mile away from their trademark heels. Its the second time she is wearing another sparkling shoes from Louboutin in the movie.

Colour me Green (purple...pink)
Carrie and Charlotte wore green dresses during the movie.
SJP sported a green upside down tree dress that she teamed with a contrast blue and pink colour block clutch and black, blue grey shoes.
She's wearing the same star pendant that she was spotted in earlier.

White Carrie choose to go with a contrast look, Charlotte was all matchy-matchy in green with a monochromatic look. She wore a gorgeous ruffled green dress that she matched with suede green pointed pumps and a green tote. Although its definitely a green overdose, but she still looks pretty.

While Carry and Charlotte made their statement in green, Samantha looked smoking hot in purple halter. She completed her purple dress with a thick gold and turquoise blue belt cinched at waist, huge statement earrings and purple rimmed shades. She wore wooden clogs in purple to go with her attire. She was seen wearing the same shoes earlier in the movie shots, but in cream.
